Soul Rose

Soul Rose is Sarasota through and through — born and raised, with most of his life spent on Siesta Key. He got his start in restaurants as a bar back before discovering a natural talent for sales, which took him on quite a ride: T-Mobile, Verizon, Harley-Davidson, Kia, and Dodge Ram Jeep. Each stop sharpened his ability to connect with people and find the right fit for every customer. It was a conversation with his uncle — a lifelong insurance agent from a family rooted in the industry for generations — that finally pointed Soul toward a career where his love of sales and his desire to genuinely help people could work together every single day.

What Soul brings to clients is something especially valuable: he understands that most people either already have insurance they don't fully understand, or they've been so confused by the process that they've made no progress at all. He walks in and changes that — whether it's bringing costs down, finding a better solution, or simply making everything click and make sense for the first time. That ability to cut through the noise and actually help someone is what gets him out of bed every morning, and he'll tell you it's a beautiful feeling to do that for a living.

When he's not in the office, Soul is exactly where you'd expect a Siesta Key native to be — fishing, wrenching in the garage, out on a motorcycle, or at the track. He loves anything with an engine and has been fishing since he could stand and hold a pole. Add in quality time with his grandparents and friends, and a serious appreciation for good Mexican or Italian food, and you've got a man who is deeply rooted in his community and genuinely loves his life.
