As an Executive Sous Chef specializing in Italian, American, and Caribbean cuisine, Franck spent years leading teams through high-pressure services where every detail mattered and problems had to be solved before they surfaced. He quickly recognized that insurance runs on the same principles: people need someone calm under pressure, precise in their guidance, and trustworthy when the stakes are high. That combination of leadership, clarity, and care is exactly what Franck brings to every client he works with today.
A Bradenton native through and through, Franck grew up in a community where faith and connection were woven into everyday life — values that still shape how he shows up professionally and personally. He'll tell you plainly that Jesus guides how he lives, and his family reminds him daily why giving his best matters. Outside of work, Franck coaches youth football, cherishes time with his kids over board games and video games, and stays sharp by listening to podcasts on personal growth and finance. And true to his chef roots, Caribbean cuisine remains his go-to — food that, in his words, brings people together around the table in the best possible way.
