Tyler Karweck

Tyler Karweck comes from a background that is equal parts brains and brawn. A Pennsylvania native — proud birthplace of the Philly cheesesteak, as he'll happily remind you — Tyler spent years as a logistics specialist, supervising foreman, and lead electrician on residential remodeling projects, including a complex 500-page blueprint condominium where his sharp eye caught costly errors before they became expensive mistakes. He had a reputation for building strong relationships with contractors, investors, and clients alike, and when he stepped into a foreman role, production times improved almost immediately. Eventually, Tyler recognized that his real gift was people — and he set his sights on a career that put that front and center.

In insurance, Tyler found exactly that. He describes his work as helping people allocate the right programs to protect themselves from life's unexpected and costly events — a natural extension of the problem-solving mindset he carried from the job site. What drives him most is knowing that many people simply haven't had access to the right information, and he considers it a privilege to help change that. That spirit of service runs deep: Tyler has volunteered teaching gymnastics at the YMCA, traveled to Key West after Hurricane Irma to help veterans clean up their homes, and even organized a fundraising rock concert — the Coralhead Music Festival — to support veterans in need.

When he's not helping clients, Tyler is building something. Coffee tables, campers, trailers, treehouses, outdoor showers — if it can be constructed, he's probably already sketched it out in AutoCAD. He also dives, rides ATVs, documents his travels through photography, and yes — he can build just about anything out of chenille sticks, including flowers he's been known to give out on Mother's Day. Tyler Karweck is the rare kind of person who shows up fully, whether on a job site, in a community, or across the desk from a client who needs someone in their corner.
